How did the company evolve into what it is today?
Our mission has always been to provide our customers with solutions designed to improve processes, increase profitability, and enable growth. We carefully select solutions that deliver tangible business benefits to our customers. In fact, many top organizations in the Philippines already consider Third Pillar as a trusted partner despite our relatively recent entry into the industry.
What are the advantages and uniqueness of the services offered by Third Pillar?
Together with Salesforce and other global partners, Third Pillar offers solutions to help transform organizations into innovative, cost-effective, revenue-generating operations. These include services and technology platforms in the areas of data quality, sales, procurement, and financial reporting. We have delivered Salesforce solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients in various industries, including the top 50 corporations in the Philippines. The experience from overcoming unique challenges in these projects has honed Third Pillar’s ability to deliver successful projects.
Salesforce is Third Pillar’s business application solution of choice to help companies boost sales and improve customer experience, customer retention, and brand awareness. A major challenge for customer relationship management solutions such as Salesforce to function optimally, is reliable and accurate data. Most organizations do not have “clean” data to work with and therefore require data governance. We have partnered with BackOffice Associates, a renowned specialist in data transformation solutions, to offer data assessment, data cleansing, data migration, and other data governance related services to help maintain data integrity. For e-procurement, we utilize Ivalua, a procurement empowerment platform to make sure that clients achieve savings on their annual spend and gain transparency in procurement processes.
How does Third Pillar set itself apart from the competition?
When it comes to Salesforce solutions, a “one-size fits all” scenario does not exist. Understanding this, we focus on a customer’s unique needs and processes. Mention an instance of a successful Salesforce solution implementation.
We have implemented numerous Salesforce projects of varying sizes. However, the more memorable ones include two clients in the Philippines: Cebu Pacific Air, a leading airline, and Ayala Land, a premier real estate company. Third Pillar deployed Salesforce Marketing Cloud for Cebu Pacific Air and helped them greatly improve customer communications and increase customer engagement. This also allowed Cebu Pacific Air to revamp their marketing processes. For Ayala Land, we implemented a Salesforce Service Management solution, which helped significantly reduce turnaround time with their customers.
What are the company’s plans for the future?
We are constantly evaluating potential solutions from leading IT companies that can complement or enhance our existing offerings. We are also investing in our skillsets and capabilities to make sure that our people are on top of the latest technology and business trends.
